This beautiful wardrobe or Armoire is from the late 19th century and is of very nice quality, probably made in the Shanghai area and likely brought back to the US either prior to WW2 as part of the contents of a returning citizen or sent back post 1985 as an item for sale in the US. The wood is likely Hongmu. The piece is solid and sound and in original condition.

Professionally restored at some point. Has original beveled mirrored doors with some signs of age but nothing significant. In very good condition for its age. Wear and condition consistent with age and history. Separates into 3 pieces for easier moving.
